The challenge is set over 12 weeks. Each week you get a weekly set of exercises that you can do at home lasting between 3-15 minutes depending on the week.

There are 3 levels of intensity per exercise so you can find a level that suits you, so basically anybody can take par from beginner to fitness freak.

Over the 12 weeks you will learn a new exercsie each week to master over the 7 days along with a nutrition video to teach you new skills on mastering nutrition, food groups, meal planning, supplements and fat loss.

Over the 12 weeks you can lose 12lbs but more importantly you LEARN HOW and what to do to make lifestyle changes to create a happier and healthier version of you without going to the gym.
