Hi, my name is Katie Green and I’m an experienced personal trainer and group exercise instructor and a mum of 2 boys. I’ve dedicated my career to trying to change people’s attitude towards being healthy and adopting fun lifestyle choices to improve health, lose body fat, and most importantly build people’s confidence.

My goal is to empower you to make choices and changes that will help you move closer to your goals without feeling like you’re on a diet or affecting your personal life and most importantly our time together or online should be fun! Alongside these goals that we will set together, we will look at realistic results based on the time and commitment you have to dedicate to your targets at present. I find that when we work together with honesty and set realistic goals the body fat will stay off and you won’t set yourself up to fail!! This journey is a lifestyle change and it’s for life.

I believe that being HEALTHY is much more important than being SKINNY, Skinny doesn’t mean you are healthy, in fact in probably means your malnourished and don’t workout. We build muscle to increase our metabolism, so we burn more calories at rest; we in fact become a fat burning machine. We also build muscle to improve our strength and give us definition to improve the appearance of our body. Be a strong confident athlete in the making and most importantly be the healthiest version of you, you can be.

I have had 2 children and I trained continuously throughout my pregnancy (you can read my blog to see how and when I adapted things). I can advise women throughout their pregnancy and I understand the juggling it takes to stay fit and lose fat I can give you the tools to overcome these barriers without having to step foot in a gym and be a happy healthy mummy and fit and strong for your children.
