I’ve known Kate for 16 years now, following her from gym to gym. Starting with aerobic classes and Body Pump. I did these up to 3 times a week. Kate has been an inspiration to me she keeps my fitness up and challenges me continuously. I felt I needed change though about a year and a half ago as my fitness reached its peak through her classes.
I wanted to get more defined and change my body shape especially my legs. So me and my friend Alison approached Kate as we had seen lots of ladies from the class’s transform once they started personal training with her. We had our first session with her and started doing more weight training as well as cardio in the classes and Kate helped us change our diets and mind set. In that year and a half I have lost 10% Body Fat and my shape has changed all over. It’s been a challenge but I would recommend her to anyone.
Kate suggested we lift heavy weights and it really worked. My hamstrings were 41mm of fat when I started in June 2012 they are now 7mm, my triceps were 14mm there now 7mm it’s incredible.
Kate is a great instructor and has made it all fun along the way.

I train with her every 6 weeks in that time Kate measures us changes our programs and sets us targets. She keeps things different so you never get bored. As well as losing all this body fat I’ve lost over 4kg that’s 10lbs in total and I was quite small to start with.
